The NWT Breast Health/Breast Cancer Action Group programs and resources are entirely donor and partner funded. All donations and funds raised go directly into everything we do from our cancer peer support programs to printed resources to promotion of breast health, retreats and more.

Salute to Past Project Funders & Supporters
The NWT Breast Health/Breast Cancer Action Group partners with national and respected organizations including Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation -Prairies/NWT, Willow, Public Health Agency of Canada, Wellspring -Edmonton, Canadian Breast Cancer Network, and the Canadian Cancer Society. We have a well-established relationship with the Government of NWT , NWT Health Authority and NWT health providers. We are a member of the inter-agency NWT Breast Health Advisory Committee, and have participated in the CIBC Run for Our Lives/Mud Run, NWT initiatives to raise money to help finance cancer support equipment and programs in the NWT.
We are very grateful for all our donors and supporters who have given us the opportunity to support people in the NWT experiencing a cancer diagnosis. In addition, many organizations have generously provided in-kind support from office space, advertising, printing, internet services and many other items which have made it possible for us to carry out our work with little overhead. The Action Group thanks each and everyone of you.
